Sweet Land Farm Cheese

We makes cheese three times a week in 32- to 52-gallon batches in our certified kitchen. The process takes more than a day, from pasteurizing the milk to adding culture.

The chevres come in seven flavors, in four sizes, 4 ounces, 5 ounces, 8 ounces and 32 ounces.
